By accessing or using the AssetVault platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
AssetVault is a digital asset distribution platform that hosts and provides access to various digital products including but not limited to bots, websites, web applications, AI automation tools, mobile applications (APK/IPA), and other digital utilities. The Platform enables users to browse, search, download, and in some cases purchase digital products. AssetVault serves as a marketplace and distribution channel and does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content unless explicitly stated. All products are provided by their respective developers and creators.
While browsing and downloading does not require an account, certain features of the Platform may require registration. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to disable any user account, at any time, in our sole discretion, for any or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms.
When you download products from the Platform, you agree to the following: Downloads are subject to a timer or interaction requirement designed to prevent abuse; download tokens are single-use and expire after a set period; you must not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate the download system; you must not redistribute download links or tokens; downloaded files are for your personal use unless otherwise licensed; you are responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded products complies with all applicable laws and the product's specific license terms. We track all downloads for security and analytics purposes, including IP addresses and user agents.
The Platform and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AssetVault and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both foreign and domestic countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AssetVault. Products listed on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Users must respect the intellectual property rights associated with each product as specified in its license terms.
Certain products or services on the Platform may require payment. All payments are processed through Flutterwave, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Flutterwave's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Prices are listed in the currency specified on the product page and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
You are prohibited from: Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks; Using any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Platform or collect information; Intentionally overloading or interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform; Using the Platform to transmit malware, spam, or malicious content; Bypassing any security measures, download restrictions, or access controls; Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform; Harassment, threatening, or intimidating other users; Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
In no event shall AssetVault, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; any content obtained from the Platform; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AssetVault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms. This includes any claims related to products you download and use, as well as any content you submit to the Platform through forms, messages, or other means.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees for any arbitration proceeding, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
